I'll get an email from the (insurance)company every time I've got a new bill/document in my electronic folder. That is nice, but it is not enough for peple like me (sometimes absent-minded).

If I do not pay the bill just then, I may forgot it. When I have it on paper, it is so easy to tape it on the fridge door ("reminder"). So, what I would like to have, is either GSM reminder (automatic) which reminds me, that "due date tomorrow, please pay your X bill) or somekind of straight link to my e-calender.

The solutions may vary, but the point is, that one notice is not usually enough. I need automatic reminders.

This is not a big deal but would make my life easier :) And what makes peoples life easier will ease them to use the new services.
